Jocelyn Petersen
Chief Financial Officer
Jocelyn joined as CFO in January 2022 and oversees all aspects of business support and insights, financial accounting and reporting, FP&A, treasury, insurance and corporate legal matters. She is focused on driving profitable growth and strategic initiatives, generating sustainable cash flow, allocating capital to maximize value creation while managing risk across the enterprise. Prior to Capacity, Jocelyn has 25+ years of experience leading teams in companies with significant operating scale and complexity to deliver strong results. Jocelyn served in variety of executive leadership roles at Campbell Soup and Ansell Limited (including GBU CFO and ELT) as well as advanced management roles in other diversified sectors. She started her journey with 5 years of public accounting experience at Coopers & Lybrand and is a CPA (inactive).
Jocelyn holds a BS in Accounting from Rutgers University. In 2022, she earned Certificate in Business Excellence (CIBE) upon completing Columbia Business School CFO program. Mostly recently, Jocelyn has been honored as a 2023 NJBIZ Best Fifty Women in Business awarded to remarkable women who have made significant impact, demonstrated exceptional leadership, resilience and innovation paving the way for future generations.
