Kanika brings over 8 years of customer experience. She joined Capacity in May 2018 as a Client Account Manager and quickly advanced to become the Director of the Client Services team, demonstrating her “can do” attitude and solution-oriented mindset. Since 2019, she has been trained and certified to handle hazardous materials safely and in compliance with regulations under DOT, IATA, and IMDG. Prior to Capacity, Kanika led the production department for a retail home textile company, embracing the belief that there is always an opportunity for personal and professional growth in every role and phase of life.
Working at Capacity has expanded Kanika’s understanding of supply chain management, transportation, warehousing, and other key aspects of logistics. With her prior background and experiences, she brings a unique perspective to the logistics business. As a dedicated customer service professional, she is committed to ensuring a seamless and efficient logistics experience for clients.
